Oil cleanliness: Hydraulic oil cleanliness needs to meet the ISO 4406 16/13/10 standard to avoid particulate wear on precision parts. Thoroughly flush the pipeline before installation, and replace the oil suction/pressure filter regularly.

Pressure limit: It is strictly forbidden to exceed the rated pressure of the pump, and a safety valve or pressure cut-off function needs to be equipped. High-pressure pipelines need to use reinforced hoses or hard pipes to avoid vibration causing the pipe to burst.

Temperature management: The oil temperature needs to be controlled at 15 ° C to 80°C. Add a cooler at high temperature and preheat the oil at low temperature. Avoid long-term no-load operation to prevent the oil from overheating.
