Description

The Air-hydraulic Motor is a hybrid actuator that combines pneumatic and hydraulic technologies. It drives the hydraulic system through compressed air, combining the fast response of pneumatics and the high torque output of hydraulics to achieve efficient and accurate power transmission. Its core principle is to use pneumatic pressure to drive hydraulic oil and output linear or rotational motion through hydraulic cylinders or hydraulic motors.

Applications

Industrial automation: robotic arm end effector (gripping, pressing, cutting). Quick clamping and release of production line fixtures.

Automobile manufacturing and maintenance: tire press, door hinge installation equipment. Synchronous lifting control of car lift.
