Description of Input Module

An Input Module is a key part of industrial automation and electronic control systems. It receives and processes signals from external devices, then converts them into digital or analog signals that the control system can understand. Based on the type of input signal, we can classify it into digital input modules and analog input modules. People usually integrate input modules with PLC, DCS, SCADA and other systems to collect data and monitor equipment.

Caractéristiques

The Input Module supports switching (24V DC), current (4 - 20mA), voltage (0 - 10V), thermocouple, RTD and other input types. Its analog input module resolution can reach more than 16 bits, and the error is less than or equal to 0.1% FS. And it adopts photoelectric/magnetic coupling isolation technology to prevent signal crosstalk and electrical noise interference. And it supports hot swapping for easy expansion and maintenance.

Applications of Input Module

It peut être utilisé dans :

The Industrial Automation: Production line sensor signal acquisition, motor condition monitoring.

The Process Control: Temperature, flow, liquid level and other analog quantity monitoring. The

Building Automatic Control: Lighting system switch control, fire equipment status feedback.

A Traffic System: Traffic light control, vehicle detector input processing.
