The Sun Hydraulics Vented Counterbalance Valve is a hydraulic load control valve with an exhaust function. It adds an exhaust channel on the basis of the traditional balance valve to eliminate the trapped oil pressure in the rodless chamber of the hydraulic cylinder (piston rod side), prevent cavitation or pressure fluctuations when the load drops, and improve motion smoothness. It can maintain load balance and control the speed of load drop through back pressure to prevent uncontrolled movement caused by gravity or external forces.
Features
The Sun Hydraulics Vented Counterbalance Valve features a dual-function design that combines the load control of the balance valve with the trapped oil release function of the exhaust valve to improve system stability. Built-in damping holes or buffer structures reduce pressure shock in the event of sudden load changes. Release rodless cavity pressure through independent exhaust channels to prevent cavitation and oil cavitation.
Applications
The Sun Hydraulics Vented Counterbalance Valve can be used in:
Construction machinery: excavator boom hydraulic cylinder: to prevent the bucket from falling rapidly due to gravity, while releasing the piston rod side trapped oil pressure.
Industrial equipment: Injection molding machine clamping mechanism: controls the mold closing speed to avoid motion jitter caused by cavitation. Machine vertical axis (Z axis): gravity balance and trapped oil pressure release to ensure machining accuracy.
