MTL Surge Protection
Eaton’s new DIN rail surge protective device offers a compact solution for control panels and other DIN rail applications.
The AEGIS DIN is an open Type 1 SPD listed for DIN rail mounting applications and is available in both AC and DC voltages. The pluggable multi-pole SPD comes equipped with an optional remote contact (RC) connector for remote monitoring. The metal oxide varistor-based protection modules feature up to 50 kA per phase of surge protection with a 20 kA nominal discharge current rating.
